How to use your new template
First of all you need to open the document titled HTML. In there you will see a lot of coding.
TIP: to leave a line between sentences all you need to do is add
Some parts of the coding are highlighted in
GREEN CAPITALS
these are the only parts that you will need to change.
Please go through the document and have a quick look before you proceed.
**
Then you need to sign into your photobucket account and upload your item pictures
(pictures of the items you will be selling).
If you don’t have a photobucket account you can sign up for a free one here
www.photobucket.com
**
Once you have uploaded your item pictures go back to your HTML document.
You can put your terms of sale & postage and payment details in there first.
If these are usually the same for each listing then you can leave them in there and that will not have to be changed again.
**
to the end of your sentence.< br > Without any spaces.
**
Now go back up to the top of your document and scroll down until you see
BACKSPACE THIS TEXT AND ADD YOUR AUCTION TITLE
When you have found this backspace the green text.
And replace it with your auction title.
For example if you are selling a size 14 T-Shirt put in.
Size 14 Men’s T-Shirt
**
Then you will need to find;
BACKSPACE THIS TEXT AND ADD YOUR AUCTION TITLE
Once you have found this go back to your photobucket account and copy the “Direct Link” code from your image options as shown below.

Once you have copied that link do back to the HTML document and paste it where the green text was.
Make sure to take the green text our or it will not work.
You will need to repeat this a little further down the document to add another image.
**
Now there is only one more part of your html to change.
Find in your document the part that says;
BACKSPACE THIS TEXT AND ADD YOUR ITEM DESCRIPTION
**
Once you have found this you can just type in your description,
remembering the tip above to leave spaces between sentences.
**
Now your HTML document is ready to make a new listing.
Go into your OZtion. And start a new listing as per normal.
Fill in all the details as you normally would, then scroll down to your description box.
Here you will need to make sure you have “Use HTML Description” highlighted.
As shown in image below.

Now all you need to do is copy and paste your word document HTML into the box.
Click on “Preview listing” and there you should see your new listing with your template.
**
Once you have done this a couple of times it becomes second nature.
You can just leave in your terms of sale and postage and will only need to edit description, item pictures and title.
Some templates will require you to place links to some of your other vShop pages
like auctions, feedback, contact etc.
With this you will need to find the green text that says
BACKSPACE THIS TEXT AND ADD YOUR AUCTIONS LINK
It will have either auctions link, feedback link or the link page that it will be wanting to redirect to.
In your browser go to the page you wish to link to.
Up in the address bar at the top you will see the URL of the page you are on.
As shown below.

You will need to copy the address from your address bar and paste it where the green text use to be.
This will make your links work and go to the right page.
I hope this helps.
Kind Regards
